Refunds are termed valid if the product is defective or has not been produced according to the agreement between the buyer and Printeasy at the time of purchase.

Printeasy bears responsibility for the following:

1. A free replacement of the product or a full refund of the product's value.

2. In the event of a return, Printeasy bears the return cost.
